Job summary

HCL is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and implement RESTful services using Java/J2EE technologies and the Spring Boot framework. The role focuses on building scalable, secure applications and contributing to high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement features, and mentor junior developers within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies (Java, JSP, Servlets, JPA).
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful web services.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for microservices.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure for deployment and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, and test Java/J2EE applications per architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to analyze requirements and implement features.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure security.
• Participate in code reviews and agile processes.
