Job summary

Coforge in Dallas is seeking an experienced Java Engineer II to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud on Microsoft Azure.

You will build cloud-native microservices, implement RESTful APIs, integrate Azure Service Bus, manage data pipelines with Databricks, and ensure robust CI/CD with GitHub Actions while collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud on Azure.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Proficient in SQL/PostgreSQL and data pipelines with Databricks.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build cloud-native solutions on Azure and ACA.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures with Azure Service Bus.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create data pipelines and analytics workflows using Databricks.
• Develop and maintain SQL/PostgreSQL database solutions with performance in mind.
• Utilize Python for automation and data processing; participate in code reviews and production support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions.
• Contribute to application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
