Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years working experience with Java, Spring boot, API, JSON, SQL, NodeJS, ReactJS and Groovy.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies is an added advantage, preferable Google Cloud.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in identification and resolution of incidents associated with the IT service.
• Ensure service resilience and recovery time objectives are met for software solutions.
• Work with engineering teams in an Agile fashion and develop user interfaces.
