- Option 2: 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Master's degree in CS, CE, or related field preferred; WCAG accessibility knowledge beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Own scoped feature delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, efficient code across multiple languages and manage CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI/ML components to enhance software capabilities.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management.
- Collaborate to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
