Responsibilities

• 5 plus years of server side development experience with a primary focus on functional entitlements, data entitlements, and provisioning
• Experience in building and delivering frameworks, libraries, and services to support multiple projects
• 5 plus years of Java with a minimum of 2 years in Java and ExtJS technology
• Creativity, problem-solving, passion for entitlements and attention to detail are critical
• Great interpersonal skills; strong partner / relationship management experience
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of agile development, object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability and concurrent programming
• Experience with J2EE, Hibernate, and Spring
• Development of database schemas and Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server database experience
• Knowledge of programs like Cognos, PeopleSoft, and Business Objects is a plus
• Experience with web services is a added advantage
