Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems. The role requires 4–8 years in modern Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD.

Exposure to AI-enabled development and AI/LLM integration is highly desirable. The candidate must be flexible regarding location and willing to relocate anywhere in the United States for the right opportunity.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with security, OAuth2/OIDC, and JWT.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Develop cloud-native and distributed applications.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop secure APIs using Spring Security, OAuth2/OIDC, and JWT.
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy with Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
