Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience primarily with building enterprise server-side applications using Java/J2EE Technologies.
• Strong expertise with Kafka, React & SQL DB Integrations.
• Multithreading & Concurrency, JVM fundamentals (memory, GC basics, performance tuning).
• Extensive experience with Spring framework and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Java developer in the Strategic Client Reporting team; provide a stable, robust, scalable technical solution.
• Hands-on coding and testing based on project delivery needs.
• Ensure architecture and integration designs align with platform strategies and business goals.
• Collaborate with Squad/Team and IT partners to deliver in Agile model.
• Acquire understanding of financial products and processes to find optimal solutions.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, compliance concerns, risk controls, and regulatory landscape.
• Mentor other software developers.
