The role requires 6-8 years of experience, strong Java/XML skills, and proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments. Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in app support, dev, or prod support roles.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux CLI.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on Java and XML experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business teams and external/vendor teams.
• Support and maintain enterprise applications in an on-premise environment.
• Install application updates, hot fixes, and system patches.
• Maintain and support custom-developed components and integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor and ensure successful completion of nightly batch jobs.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, operations, and integration teams to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvements.
