Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring an Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications for business processes. The role requires on-site work three days a week with clients in Dallas, Atlanta, Scottsdale, or Charlotte, and emphasizes Java/J2EE, Kafka, and containerization expertise.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and stay current with industry trends to drive high-quality deliverables. Mentorship of junior developers is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with Java J2E along with Kafka Knowledge, and Containerization if Senior Developer
• Experience with Java, JUNIT, and BDD
• Bachelor or Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
