Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.

You will build RESTful APIs with Spring Boot, work within a microservices architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance software. The role requires strong Java expertise, Spring ecosystem knowledge, and cloud and database proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Java 8/11/17.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.
• Hands-on Microservices architecture experience.
• Hibernate/JPA experience.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in Git, Maven, and Gradle.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Cloud exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong unit testing with JUnit and Mockito.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
