Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to join the Employee Experience team. You will drive scalable Java services, cloud-native solutions on AWS, and data pipelines for analytics and ML, while mentoring peers and enforcing secure, automated development practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
Strong Java and Spring Boot in microservices.
Experience with cloud-native AWS environments and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of scalable Java services and APIs.
Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with reliable patterns.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and design guidance.
Collaborate with product/design/data to improve workflows.
Build data pipelines with Databricks and Apache Spark for analytics/ML.
Promote secure, measurable SDLC practices and automation.
