Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a senior software engineer in the Detroit area to join a client team. The role focuses on full-stack Java development, building scalable microservices in a cloud environment with Angular front-end work. Expected to have 7+ years of experience, strong Java/Spring Boot skills, and experience with GCP.

On-site 4 days a week with 1 day remote, in Metro Detroit, MI. C2C not available; Bachelor’s in a related field required.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
