Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in core Java server-side development.
• Strong knowledge of XML, Spring, and Camel Framework.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and SonarQube.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact with operations, compliance, risk, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and enhance server-side systems using core Java.
• Integrate systems using XML, Spring, and Camel frameworks.
• Work with message queues such as Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, and IBM MQ.
• Perform database operations using SQL with RDBMS like SQL Server and Sybase.
