Job summary

BinTech Group is seeking an experienced Java developer to design, build, and deliver complex software solutions. You will work on backend systems, RESTful services, and middleware, collaborating in distributed Agile teams to ensure robust interfaces and scalable architectures.

The role emphasizes independent problem-solving, code quality, and alignment with functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements across web applications and deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Java 1.8 or above.
• Experience with Object oriented programing & design concepts.
• Experience in Java backend and middleware technologies.
• Experience in building web applications.
• Experience developing RESTful webservices based applications.
• Experience with server-side frameworks such as spring (like MVC, Springboot, Springbatch, etc.).
• Experience working with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
• Experience working with RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 etc.
• Experience in CI/CD, preferably using Jenkins, Git.
• Experience working in distributed Agile teams.
• Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver complex software requirements to accomplish business goals.
• Ensure software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Code solutions, unit tests, and ensure interfaces are robust and well-tested for integration.
• Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements.
• Estimate work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
• Assist team with resolving technical complexities and contribute to test suites.
• Document and communicate deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
