Job summary

Neoshare is seeking a Java backend developer to build scalable enterprise applications. The role emphasizes strong OOP with Java, Spring Framework expertise, and robust REST/SOAP services, plus microservices and unit tests.

You will collaborate in a multilingual, international team and contribute to architecture decisions and best-practice coding standards. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality software, maintaining documentation, and supporting CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Experience with software development projects and delivery methods.
• Excellent understanding of OOP concepts with Java.
• Experience with the Spring-Framework.
• Experience with database persistence (JDBC) and relational databases.
• Familiar with SOAP & REST web services and microservices and unit tests.
• Good understanding of software design and architecture, and ability to read diagrams.
• Excellent understanding of Git.
• Fluent in German and English; work in an international team.
• Ideally, experience in virtual collaboration with Teams at different locations.
