Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with 10–15 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and distributed systems, along with proven technical leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead technical design discussions and define scalable application architecture.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure coding standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application and database performance.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
• Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, and containerized applications.
• Core Java: Java 11/17+, OOP, Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, Design Patterns.
• Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Hibernate/JPA.
• Microservices: Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
• Messaging: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TDD, Unit Testing, and Integration Testing.
• Frontend Knowledge: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Security: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, AWS IAM, or Azure Entra ID.
• 10–15 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Java and Spring Boot-based enterprise applications.
• Proven expertise in microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience in system design, application scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong technical leadership, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to mentor developers and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
