Job summary

DTCC is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications for Clearing and Settlement. The role emphasizes leadership in architecture, scalable Java solutions, and collaboration across QA, DevOps, and Product teams.

You will mentor engineers, review code, and stay ahead of new technologies to modernize entitlement management and CRS enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in enterprise software development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Java SE/EE, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical processes and designs focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java applications.
• Lead architecture and design discussions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across teams.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
