Citi is seeking an experienced Application Developer to advance our Prime Collateral Management Engine, a core asset in Prime Finance. You will develop, optimize, and support a complex, rule-based engine in a globally connected team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and programming.
• Strong proficiency in Java with Spring and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL, Linux, and job scheduling; agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of TDD and modern front-end basics (Angular/TypeScript) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable applications for the Prime Collateral Management Platform.
• Analyze complex technical and business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment, with on-call support.
• Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and senior managers to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior team members and drive adherence to security and compliance practices.
