Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, application development, integration, and SDLC delivery.
• Hands-on Java backend development with Spring Boot, REST, microservices, and open-source tech.
• 3+ years of event-driven systems, messaging, streaming, integration, or notification platforms.
• Hands-on Apache Camel or equivalent enterprise integration frameworks.
• 4+ years of AWS or similar cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, etc.).
• Hands-on AI/GenAI implementation in production-grade apps; not just strategy.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, guardrails, auditability and secure AI practices.
• Experience with observability/analytics tools (Dynatrace, ELK, CloudWatch).
• CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, deployment readiness, production support.
