Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills

Understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols

Knowledge in VTP and switching technologies

Knowledge of ACL implementations

Experience with Juniper SRX & ISG firewalls

Experience with Fortinet firewalls

Experience with Cisco ACS

Experience with layer 2 and layer 3 VPNs

Experience with Cisco FireSIGHT Management Center

Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls

Experience with Cisco IOS IPS

Hands-on experience with networking devices from Cisco, F5, and Juniper

Knowledge of iBGP & EBGP

Experience with Cisco Nexus 7K, 5K switches

Experience with F5 LTM/GTM Load balancers

Knowledge of Juniper MX series routers

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills in English

CCSP certification

CCNP - Security certification

Education

BS degree in Computer Science or related field
