Qualifications

• 5+ years of help desk experience.
• Demonstrable experience supporting Mac OS workstations (PC experience optional).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to own and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Experience with networking topics: DHCP, DNS, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Tackle high-level technical problems directly with clients.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person as needed.
• Work on challenging technical projects and participate in on-call rotation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Maintain internal infrastructure (VPNs, SAML/SS, Linux administration, SSL certificates).
