GEODIS in the United States is seeking a Sr IT Analyst - Systems Operations to lead analysis, configuration, and ongoing support of critical business systems. You will collect requirements, interview stakeholders, and define project scope while shaping testing plans and process improvements across IT operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on system optimization, and delivering reliable technology solutions to power our logistics platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a 4 year college or university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams/projects involved in collecting business requirements and developing and configuring system specifications.
• Interviews stakeholders to gather and document business needs for modifications to applications.
• Defines scope of projects and develops test plans for those projects.
• Develops new processes that improve functionality of systems and technologies.
