Lockheed Martin Space, located in King of Prussia, PA, seeks a Systems Engineer-IT for an Agile IT Infrastructure team in the Whiskey Program Area. You will contribute to Windows or Linux administration, automation, patching, and network/storage maintenance to support development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; related science/tech disciplines.
• Advanced Linux System Administration experience.
• Strong automation experience: Ansible and PowerShell.
• Hypervisor/Virtualization experience: OpenShift/OpenStack.
• System Hardening and cybersecurity concepts/tools.
• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Join Whiskey portfolio's Agile Systems Admin team.
• Be involved in Windows or Linux system administration.
• Use scripts to automate server administration and deployment.
• Perform system patching and maintenance.
• Support user interactions and incident response.
• Design new capabilities and improve IT infrastructure.
• Maintain networks and data storage for uptime in development and operations.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
