Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Systems Analyst to deliver and maintain the IT infrastructure that supports our enterprise clients' physical security and audio/video platforms.

The role involves installing and testing servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and security measures, plus developing integrations and automation. Candidates should have 5+ years of IT experience, strong communication, and ability to work with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive IT experience with designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems.
• Ability to pass varying levels of security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and mentor others.
• Comfort with remote work and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Test virtualization platforms and AV management software.
• Analyze customer requirements and implement system features.
• Plan and deliver software and OS upgrades.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for upgrades and implementations.
• Collaborate with teams to design IT infrastructure for Physical Security and AV solutions.
• Support sales/design efforts and specify IT components and integration methods.
