Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Broad knowledge of various areas of IT and advanced skills in programming design.
• Experience installing software and troubleshooting moderate computing problems.
• Knowledge of business/process analysis and database administration.
• Familiarity with data mapping/conversion and computer security tools.
• Strong technical documentation skills and clear communication of technical information.
• Experience with web technologies and managing web servers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Experience in data center activities and knowledge of electrical and cooling requirements.
