Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain enterprise information systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, network devices, and security operations, with a Top Secret eligibility and CompTIA Security+ certification. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Cybersecurity.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to obtain, maintain and access Top Secret information; CompTIA Security+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• System & Network Administration: Perform daily system administration tasks on Windows and/or Linux servers, including user account management, patching, and STIGs; manage and troubleshoot network devices.
• Tier 1/2 User Support: Provide direct support to end-users for technical issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Security Operations: Monitor security logs, respond to alerts, and assist with incident response and disaster recovery activities.
• Technical Support: Provide skilled technical support across performance areas as assigned by the Team Lead.
