Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex technology organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, enterprise architecture, and cloud strategy.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the College of Medicine's plan.
• Advise the Dean and executive team on AI/ML, analytics, cloud, and modernization.
• Lead enterprise architecture planning for scalable, interoperable systems.
