Job summary

Us Tech Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead large-scale software projects from initiation to closure in Madison, WI. You will coordinate across multiple business units, manage risks, and control scope, schedule, and costs while handling vendor contracts and RFPs.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in IT/Technology, strong MS Project proficiency, and the ability to drive cross-team collaboration during a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

5+ years IT/Technology Project Management experience.
Experience delivering large-scale software projects.
Experience managing contracts with vendors and RFPs.

Responsibilities

Initiate, plan, develop, administer, manage risk and close projects across multiple business units.
Use project management methodologies to meet scope, schedule and cost objectives; manage risks.
Manage contracts with sourcing personnel: RFPs, negotiations, contract language and finances.
Develop and execute communication and stakeholder management plans for projects.
Ensure training needs for project team members and users are met.
Ensure smooth transition of deliverables at project completion and post-implementation support.
Provide mentorship in organizational change management within program/project contexts.
