Circle is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, IT Internal Controls & SOX Compliance in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves supporting Circle's IT SOX compliance program and enhancing internal controls. Ideal candidates will bring strong audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 background, and have a deep understanding of ITGCs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Big 4 experience in IT Audit, IT SOX Compliance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and COSO framework.
• Proven experience designing and managing ITGC and SOX compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Circle's IT SOX compliance program.
• Evaluate design and effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Manage the Audit Board internal controls repository.
