Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst (IT SOX) for the Corp IT Audit team to lead and execute IT SOX testing and collaborate with business partners and external auditors. You will promote improvements to IT compliance processes, document testing results, and supervise junior auditors while contributing to risk assessment, control design, and overall IT risk management.

Travel regionally up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT SOX Audit, IT SOX Compliance, Control Validation, Risk Assessment, or Risk Consultant role.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certification or CISA in progress.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: Effectively perform and document IT SOX audit activities in accordance with professional standards and the organization's audit methodology.
• Audit Execution: Execute testing and create work paper documentation.
• Audit Execution: Understand procedures, results and business impacts; and document and express such understanding in both written and verbal form.
• Audit Execution: Perform detail testing as defined by the test program to define, analyze and validate information.
• Audit Execution: Create clear and accurate documentation and workflows of technology processes and testing results and exceptions.
• Audit Execution: Lead individual project components and testing areas; oversee the work of more junior auditors and/or interns.
• Audit Reporting/Communication: Interacts with various levels of Internal Audit and business line management to resolve issues in a timely manner and to maintain effective communications.
• Audit Reporting/Communication: Reports related audit findings to audit and business management.
• Audit Team Support: Meets administrative reporting requirements and supports department initiatives.
• Audit Team Support: Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and the company code of conduct, and a respect for diversity and inclusion.
• Audit Team Support: Contribute to overall Internal Audit Department team norms to promote a positive environment and improve team effectiveness.
• Audit Team Support: Keep current of relevant technology developments and evolving IT risk areas.
