Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant can work either 100% in person or in a hybrid environment, with office visits as needed, in the Eau Claire, WI area. About 15% travel to client locations in WI is required.

TheSenior Consultantwill develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client’s business processes and information technology. They willinterface regularly withclients and othersoutsideWipfli.

Responsibilities:

• Proposeand develop solutionstoclientbusiness needsbased onin-depth knowledge of standard applications
• Proactivelycommunicate withtheclientonfunctional deliverablesandwork plan status
• Notify the team leader ofprojectcost, quality,and schedule risks,and suggest solutionsfor bothinternalandclientprojects
• Collect and analyze relevant data, conductclient interviews, prepare workpapers and reports, and serve as lead subject matter expert
• Thoroughlyand clearlydocument work to illustrate understanding of concepts
• Trainand mentorConsultant I’s and Consultant II’s; delegate and leverage work toenableassociatedevelopment
• Leads andparticipatesin research and development and foundational efforts to position the team to learn, develop,and deliver innovative solutions to the market

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degreeor an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ yearsoftechnology solutionsexperience in a professional services firm or10+ years of private industrytechnology solutionsexperience with 1+ years inaprofessional servicesfirm
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
• Experience working with clients on-site; up to 15% travel to client locations within the U.S
• Possesses or works towards obtainingappropriate advancedcertifications
• Demonstratedblend of technicalexpertiseand consultative ability to assess needs and deliver value-driven solutions
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organizemultiple projectsunder pressurewhile quickly responding to unexpected events or changing priorities
• Training, support or consulting advisory experience is preferred; experience serving clients in healthcare or financial institutions industries is preferred
