Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager for IT Services to lead high-impact sourcing and enterprise category strategies. You will partner with senior leaders to influence business outcomes and drive cost efficiency in IT procurement.

The role is based in California with a hybrid work mode, requiring you to be in the state and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable value while safeguarding data and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years supervising a team and/or managing projects.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory performance, or materials procurement.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Experience managing software, hardware and IT services.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develops metrics, identifies gaps, and implements remediation plans.
• Drives large-scale process improvements in energy and supply chains for value.
• Manages transportation and logistics of goods to/from customers and suppliers.
• Maintains relationships with business units and suppliers; conducts negotiations.
• Ensures procurement policies comply with laws and regulations.
• Oversees purchase agreements and negotiates terms with legal review.
• Leads raw material price negotiations and cost-reduction efforts.
• Analyzes data and market trends to develop long-term procurement strategies.
• Protects sensitive information with high standards of conduct and integrity.
