Job summary

SPP is seeking a Service Management Analyst to implement and improve ITSM processes across the organization. The role emphasizes change, configuration, incident, and problem management, with a focus on measurable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Level II requires 3 years IT experience or equivalent.
• Senior requires 6 years IT experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining IT Service Management processes.
• Manage Change, Configuration, and Incident processes.
• Provide ITSM process training to SPP staff as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT staff on timelines for IT projects.
• Mentor peers and ensure processes and policies are followed.
