Responsibilities

• Supervise Corporate Reporting System IT operations and personnel.
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and maintain facilities, equipment, material, contracts, and staffing.
• Assign work, identify required training, and monitor performance.
• Develop matrices on workload, throughput, personnel, and skill requirements to justify decisions and resource needs including contractor resources.
• Perform integrated quality assurance testing for security functionality and resiliency.
• Direct software programming and development of documentation.
• Analyze security needs and software requirements to assess feasibility within time, cost, and mandates.
• Develop guidance for test plans and test management plans for IT system development to ensure deliverables are fully functional.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
