Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer to design, implement, and audit protective and detective controls across our IT environment to safeguard data and meet regulatory requirements.

You will manage security tools (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Mimecast, Qualys, Illumio, GlobalProtect), IAM, MFA, and password vaulting, and drive PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53 compliance across networks and cloud.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in information security with engineering or compliance focus.
• Experience with PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53 standards.
• Proven ability to implement and audit security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls.
• Manage security technologies (CrowdStrike, Sentinel, Mimecast, Qualys, Illumio, GlobalProtect).
• Ensure PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53 compliance.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and risk evaluations.
• Engineer and maintain IAM, PAM, MFA, and password vaulting solutions.
• Implement and maintain network security measures and Zero Trust concepts.
• Support cloud security operations (Azure, AWS, GCP) and secure connectivity.
• Monitor security environments and coordinate with MSSPs for tasks.
