Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in IT security, cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat detection, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and incident management.
• Industry cybersecurity certification such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CySA+, GSEC, or CISM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic, security alerts, and events; perform threat-hunting using Arctic Wolf SOC.
• Respond to, investigate, and manage security incidents across Microsoft 365 Defender and Cisco security platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and support Cisco security solutions and Akamai WAF.
• Leverage Cylance to detect and prevent endpoint threats.
• Document findings and escalate issues within Arctic Wolf portal.
• Stay current on threats and improve monitoring and response processes.
