Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Senior Consultant in the USA (MA - Tewksbury) to help clients assess IT risks and strengthen controls across governance, cybersecurity and compliance. You will work closely with executives, develop client knowledge, and deliver strategic assurance along with robust reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT audit or cybersecurity, hold relevant certifications, and excel in analytical thinking and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT/ accounting/engineering field.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certifications preferred.
• 3+ years IT audit or cybersecurity experience.
• Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client executives to identify and manage IT risks across business systems.
• Develop deep knowledge of client business and processes through direct engagement.
• Provide strategic assurance and help implement new processes and controls addressing key risks.
• Assess IT risk across cybersecurity, governance, IT strategy, compliance and BCM.
• Review controls against industry frameworks and communicate gaps and recommendations to clients.
• Draft executive summaries and reports documenting engagement work papers.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver effective presentations.
