Job summary

CloudIngest in the United States is seeking an IT Risk & Control Senior Analyst (Second Line of Defence) to lead as the second line of defence for IT risk and cyber security controls, performing heavy control testing and PRC reviews.

You will guide 1LOD testing teams, support regulatory deliverables, and generate objective risk reports for leadership. Hybrid role with 4 days onsite in NYC/Jersey City, NJ, with Charlotte or Phoenix as acceptable alternative.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Information/Cyber Security with IT risk background.
• 6+ years in cyber security operations or investigations.
• Prior IT Control Audit experience focusing on control testing.
• Strong banking/financial industry experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as second line of defence for IT risk and cyber security controls.
• Perform heavy control testing (Test of Design, Test of Effectiveness) and PRC reviews.
• Provide guidance to 1LOD testing teams and ensure regulatory standards.
• Develop objective cyber risk reports for leadership and auditors.
• Track risks, actions, and readiness items across sites.
