Job summary

BayOne Solutions seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the Blue Yonder MPS implementation and related reporting/analytics initiatives. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate business stakeholders, and ensure on‑time delivery of dashboards for production planning and supply chain operations.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years of enterprise IT project management experience, and hands-on work with Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise IT implementation projects.
• Proven Blue Yonder/MPS implementation experience preferred.
• Experience delivering reporting/analytics projects with Snowflake/Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, ERP integrations, and BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder MPS implementation as IT Project Manager.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors for project execution.
• Oversee reporting workstreams: Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI dashboards.
• Gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful executive dashboards.
• Drive governance, track milestones, manage risks and changes.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and exec updates.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies per project.
• Ensure IT governance, security, and data governance adherence.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, ERP, Data Engineering, BI teams.
