Qualifications

• Establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.
• Define program scope, organize and direct short- and long-range plans.
• Plan, direct and ensure success of major programs and systems development.
• Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years in program/project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and using Microsoft Project for timelines.
• Experience with SCRUM directives.
• Ability to conduct cyber training.
• US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, direction and success of major programs and systems development.
• Define resources and negotiate with activity and agency personnel.
• Establish milestones, schedules, budgets and costs for the program.
• Monitor cost, schedule and technical performance to meet goals.
