Responsibilities cover end-to-end planning, risk mitigation, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale technology initiatives across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and deliver through cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with vendor and partner management in enterprise settings.
• Experience using Agile, hybrid, and enterprise-scale delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic customer experience and IVA initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Provide program management structure across the product portfolio.
• Institute risk, issue, and dependency management processes and governance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
• Prepare executive-level status updates, dashboards, and governance reviews.
