Qualifications

• 7 years of project management experience in enterprise IT or utility systems.
• Hands-on delivery experience with enterprise platforms such as IBM Maximo, Esri GIS, Genesys, and AI-enabled technologies.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream IT programs and high-impact projects managing every phase from planning to execution.
• Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, vendors, and consultants.
