Job summary

Pueo Business Solutions LLC is hiring a Senior IT Program Manager to support the DIA CIO RMF Program by planning, coordinating, controlling, and reporting portfolio status and Assessment and Authorization activities across an assigned portfolio.

The role converts government priorities into executable plans, coordinates with senior government leaders and stakeholders, and ensures schedules, risks, actions, and governance remain current and decision-ready.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, control, and report portfolio status and RMF/A&A activities.
• Coordinate RMF, A&A, security, program-office, customer, and contractor workstreams.
• Manage change control, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and project closeout.
• Escalate risks and decisions early with clear options, impacts, and recommendations.
• Maintain schedules, RAID logs, decision records, and status reporting.

Overview

We are hiring a Senior IT Program Managerthatsupports the DIA CIO RMF Program by planning, coordinating, controlling, and reporting portfolio status and Assessment and Authorization activities across an assigned portfolio. This role:

• Converts Government and program priorities into executable plans


• Works directly with senior Government leaders (GG-14 level and above)


• Coordinates system owners, program offices, cybersecurity personnel, assessors, authorizing stakeholders, and contractor teams


• Ensures schedules, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and leadership briefings remain current and decision-ready


• Owns scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance


• Maintains project plans, RAID logs, decision records, action trackers, and status reporting


• Facilitates stakeholder alignment, working sessions, reviews, and executive briefings


• Coordinates RMF, A&A, technical, security, program-office, customer, and contractor workstreams


• Manages change control, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and project closeout


• Escalates risks and decisions early with clear options, impacts, and recommendations

Requirements

Certifications Preferred

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)


• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)


• Project Management Professional (PMP)


• PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or ITIL


• No certification mandatory if candidate demonstrates equivalent experience and capability

Education

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree

Other

• 8 years of experience in addition to education.

Clearance

• Hold a Top-Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.


• Ability to Pass CI Poly.
