Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Proven leadership and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project personnel; serve as main contact for NYC DOE.
• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules, work plans, milestones, and resources.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables per contract and DOE expectations.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, testing, training, reporting, and data management teams.
• Facilitate status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor quality; ensure compliance with DOE standards, SDLC methodologies, and QA processes.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with DOE leadership on strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Ensure coordination between contractor personnel, DOE staff, and third parties.
