Job summary

RSI is recruiting a Senior Project Manager Information Technology Delivery in the Chattanooga area. You will lead Joint Project Teams, driving technology solutions from concept to deployment, hypercare and operations for TVA stakeholders.

The role requires directing project scope, requirements, cost estimates, and schedules while ensuring compliance with TVA processes and security standards. A strong track record in IT delivery and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of utility or equivalent IT project experience.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise IT initiatives including software, cloud, and data migrations.
• PMI certification or strong PMI-style project governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from charter to handover within defined cost, time and quality constraints.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage internal and external resources.
• Develop full project plans with scope, cost estimates and deliverables.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure TVA processes, policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Oversee vendor contracts, changes, and post-implementation support.
