This role requires a strong background in payroll, IT PMO, and experience with SDLC and ITIL methodologies. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing large projects, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills., and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule due to international teams. Travel up to 35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a Payroll background.
• Experience in an IT PMO required.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ITIL methodology.
• Experience with change management including training and communication.
• Hands-on experience managing large cross-functional projects.
• Flexibility in working hours due to international team.
