Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager in Palo Alto to lead IT workstreams for office lab and facility projects. You will drive enterprise IT infrastructure delivery during facility expansions, remodels, and real estate initiatives, coordinating across Networking, Infrastructure, AV, EUC, and Security teams.

The role requires 10+ years leading IT infrastructure projects, strong planning, vendor management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand Facilities roadmap and upcoming projects.
• Translate facility milestones into IT workstreams.
• Coordinate work across Networking, Infrastructure, AV, EUC, Enterprise Applications, Security & Workplace teams.
• Identify dependencies early and produce accurate IT estimates.
• Drive execution through completion and escalate risks before schedules are impacted.
• Track milestones and ensure operational readiness before occupancy.
• Proactively coordinate across teams rather than tracking tasks.
