Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a senior IT Enterprise Architect to support a large government IT infrastructure. The role emphasizes enterprise architecture across frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, CMMI) and PMI/ITIL/CISSP governance, with a focus on IT investment planning.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate senior-level competency, exceptional communication, and experience with Windows servers, VMware/VDI, SAN storage, PKI, and broader IT infrastructure technologies to drive strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI is required.
• Experience collecting information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate enterprise architecture views for system owners, planners, designers, and developers.
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with budget constraints.
• Provide technical engineering guidance from prior integrations and proposals.
• Work independently with minimal guidance to deliver results.
