As an IT Systems Engineer at Lattice, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of our identity and access management systems. You will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and improving our suite of third-party applications. You will proactively seek ways to empower all Latticians to work efficiently, productively, and securely anywhere in the world by maintaining, improving, and creating orchestration for our SaaS portfolio and supporting systems such as Jamf, Okta, and Workato. Additionally, you will build and iterate on processes and workflows to enhance the overall employee experience at Lattice.

The role is located in San Francisco, New York, or fully remote (U.S. only).

What You Will Do

1. Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Okta, focusing on SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM protocols.
2. Develop, test, and maintain Okta Workflows to automate identity lifecycle processes.
3. Administer Lattice’s Okta environment, including managing Zones, Policies, and building SAML and OIDC integrations for SaaS and internal apps.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to increase automation and improve security of internal systems.
5. Use Python, Bash, etc., to automate tasks and integrate APIs.
6. Serve as an escalation point for the IT team on complex issues.
7. Create and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures.
8. Develop and implement security policies and controls for IAM solutions.
9. Identify opportunities to train and mentor team members.
10. Manage deployment and configuration of enterprise devices, ensuring integration, security, and compliance.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years in IAM, with at least 3 years hands-on with Okta.
• Experience with IAM protocols like SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM.
• Proficient in automating tasks with Okta Workflows and other tools.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, with API knowledge.
• Experience with API orchestration in high-growth environments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and their IAM requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills and team orientation.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Certifications in JAMF, Okta, or related fields.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced scripting and API expertise.
• Experience managing MDM platforms.

The estimated annual salary range is $139,000 - $173,500, with eligibility for stock options. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, paid leave, 401(k), and more.
