Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in M&A, integration, and transformation.
• Experience leading IT cost optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients.
• Analyzing IT spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies for optimizing IT resources.
• Validating that technology solutions align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Managing and optimizing IT costs while maximizing the value delivered by technology investments.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within IT infrastructure.
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and sound judgment.
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders.
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Monitoring and evaluating business performance metrics to enhance decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to confirm that technology solutions are cost-effective and aligned with objectives.
